Kingdom DiscipleWorks™ is the outreach heartbeat of Victory Temple Christian Life Center—where disciples don’t just grow, they go. Rooted in the Great Commission and fueled by the compassion of Christ, this ministry mobilizes believers to bring hope, healing, and the gospel to people locally and globally by commissioning the works of Evangelism, Missions, Outreach, Community Services, and Discipleship.
We minister to people where they are—the saved and the unsaved, the churched and the unchurched, the seeking and the seasoned. Every expression of this ministry is designed to reveal the love of Christ, strengthen believers in their walk, and reflect God’s heart that none be lost but all come into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Our global outreach includes supporting trusted partners such as Open Doors International, extending Christ’s love and strengthening believers in regions where faith is costly. PHD Ministries (Prayer/Prophesy, Healing, Dominion)
Overview: The Prayer, Prophecy, Healing, and Dominion Ministry exists to bring the church to a greater experience of Christ through the release of these spiritual tenets of the church founded upon biblical principles and practices led by Almighty God. As the prophetic is one of the foundational gifts to the church, we work together with other gifts and ministries for the building up of the body of Christ.
Vision & Mission: The vision is to see PHD act as a catalyst to encourage the development and release of Gifts of the Spirit (prophetic gifting and ministry) throughout Victory Temple Christian Life Center, the body of Christ, and into our communities so the voice of God can be heard with increasing clarity, anointing, and power.
We believe God has called us together to work in teams to promote the release, development, growth and establishment of the prophetic, healing and deliverance ministries (which will advance through intercessory prayer).
We seek to do this by providing resources to the church through teaching, training and discipleship forums that are built around relational networks of the various ministry gifts.
PrayerConnect
Overview: PrayerConnect serves as the spiritual covering for Victory Temple, anchoring the life and mission of our church in Christ-centered, Spirit-led intercession. We cultivate a praying community that discerns God’s heart, aligns with His will, and acts with bold faith. Through consistent and fervent prayer, PrayerConnect covers our leaders, ministries, families, and community, keeping us connected to the voice and victory of God.
Mission: Rooted in Matthew 6:10, Matthew 21:13, and Colossians 4:2, our mission is to cultivate continuous, watchful intercession that aligns Victory Temple with heaven’s agenda. We exist to stand in the gap, discern God’s direction, and unlock Kingdom impact through expectant, faithful prayer.

We equip emerging leaders to embrace their God-given gifts and step boldly into their calling with confidence and joy.
Mission: Rooted in Ephesians 2:10 and Proverbs 22:6, our mission is to shape young lives by revealing their true identity in Christ. We exist to train, inspire, and unleash the next generation—affirming that every young person is God’s masterpiece, uniquely gifted and called to impact the Kingdom.

Mission: Matthew 24:14 (NLT) “And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come.” This ministry embraces the call to use every available tool to make the Gospel accessible to all people, everywhere.

Overview: The Media & Technology Ministry ensures Victory Temple’s message is seen, heard, and experienced with clarity and excellence. We manage the digital backbone of the church—audio engineering, livestream operations, social media communication, website updates, and online engagement tools. Through thoughtful production, reliable technology, and creative digital outreach, this ministry keeps our church connected, informed, and accessible to members and viewers wherever they are.

We believe marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God—one that thrives with intentional care.
